Shane Pellerin Law Firm, PCA man died early June 30 as a result of a deadly hit and run. An SUV hit the man while he was purposefully laying in a street in northwest Houston.

Police say that the man was with another person when they got off a bus in the area, and the man then laid down in the middle of the street.

The driver of the SUV did not stop, and no description of the driver is available. The SUV is described as being dark.

Allegedly the man and the friend he was with had been smoking Kush, which is a type of a synthetic marijuana.
