“Creepy Burglar” Appears in Court

///“Creepy Burglar” Appears in Court

Shane Pellerin Law Firm Probate LawyerChristopher Gomez, the alleged “creepy burglar” who was caught on camera going through a family’s home and watching their baby sleep, appeared in court yesterday.

Gomez was arrested last week and appeared in court April 21. He’s been named the “creepy burglar” after he was allegedly caught on camera burglarizing a home and watching  a toddler sleep.

The homeowner didn’t even realize that he’d been robbed until a neighbor told him that he found his laptop and briefcase in his yard.

Gomez’ arrest came as a result of a Crime Stoppers tip after video from the child’s nanny cam was released.

The judge lowered Gomez’ bond to $30,000, and if he bonds out, he will be required to wear a GPS device and stay at least 1,000 feet from the homes he is accused of burglarizing.
