Shane Pellerin Law Firm, PCA Pasadena homeowner was involved in a home invasion around 3 a.m. on June 12 and shot the intruder five times. The crime happened around 3 a.m. on Turnberry near Cherry Hills.

The homeowner is adamant that the intruder got what he deserved, and he believes that two workers he had hired to do work in his home had set him up for the invasion.

Roberto, the homeowner who doesn’t want to use his last name, says the intruder is lucky that he didn’t shoot him more than five times.

“I don’t play. I’m too damn old to look behind my back,” Roberto said.

The man who had been doing work in Roberto’s home has been taken into custody, but they are still searching for the woman. The police believe that they did play a role in helping to execute the home invasion.
