An inmate being treated at Bayshore Medical Center took a Pasadena police officer’s gun, and the police officer wrestled the gun out of his hands.
Ash Arthur, 33, was being treated for an injury when he lunged at the officer to take his gun.
With help from the nurses and other staff members, the police officer was able to get his gun back.
The suspect was handcuffed and went back to police custody.
