Baker Katz based in Houston has acquired a 22,000-square-foot shopping center at Fairmont Parkway and Beltway in Pasadena, Texas. New signage, updated landscaping and more are on the way for the Pasadena shopping center.
A development partner said that the shopping center’s location near the Ship Channel in Pasadena makes it highly sought after.
The building is currently 70 percent leased, but the development firm believes the upgrades to the curbside appeal will bring more tenants to the Pasadena shopping center soon.
