A truck fire in Pasadena blocked southbound Beltway 8 Wednesday morning.
The fire appeared to only involve one vehicle, and it happened just before 6;30 a.m.
The fire caused traffic to be diverted onto the feeder road between Red Bluff and Fairmont Parkway.
Alternative routes included Highway 225, Preston Road or Center Street.
