Three men are in jail and a fourth is wanted related to a March robbery and fatal shooting in Pasadena. The man was selling drugs in Pasadena, according to Harris County records.
Adrian Payan has been charged with murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the killing of Federico Lirio Esmeralda, who was 32 years old when he was shot on March 31. Jacob Garcia has been charged with capital murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The shooting took place in the 920 block of Houston Avenue at Esmeralda’s apartment.
Two other men, Raul Garcia and Joseph Perez, are also charged with capital murder related to the incident. Perez has been booked at Harris County Jail, and there is a warrant out for Garcia’s arrest.
