One Houston man has been shot and killed after an ambush robbery in north Houston.
The man and his wife were driving at about 9:30 p.m. last night. After stopping at the Turner and McGallion intersection, a car pulled up in front of them, police said.
Two men jumped out of the second car and approached the couple. Police say the robbers demanded the man give them his wallet and cell phone. He did, and the robbers proceeded to shoot him.
The man’s wife called 911, and the husband died in the car. Police say they are still searching for the two robbers.
