Some of the workers who were injured in a recent chemical plant explosion in Pasadena are suing Kuraray America.
Eleven of the victims were sub-contractors with Turner Industries, and they were on scaffolds when the chemical plant explosion and fire occurred.
Some of those injured fell off scaffolding, some were burnt and some fell as much as 20 feet from the scaffolding, according to the attorney for the subcontractors.
One of the workers said that the heat was so intense they jumped from scaffold to scaffold to get to safety.
