Shane Pellerin Law Firm, PCA four-alarm fire in Houston on Thursday caused the release of hazardous materials as well as fireballs to shoot up in the sky. No injuries were reported at the warehouse.

The inferno at A-1 Custom Packaging and Filling started just before 10 a.m. in the Spring Branch neighborhood.

Police say that the fire started as a house fire and then quickly spread to the business park where the warehouse was located.

The packaging company where the fire took place manufactures products like gels, powders, liquids, poly foil and shipping containers. Nearby  businesses handle other materials such as chemicals, ammunition and possibly pesticides.

Nearby businesses and an elementary school were evacuated as a result of the thick, black smoke.
