Shane Pellerin Law Firm, PCA teen was shot and killed on Burl Street at Woodlyn in northeast Houston in the early hours of May 6. Houston police are still looking for the suspect, who took the boy’s vehicle after the shooting.

The teen had taken his father’s SUV for a drive, Houston police told Khou.com. According to his parents, the boy’s name was Adrian, and he attended Houston Can Academy.

HPD detectives told Khou.com that the boy was on his way to pick up a friend down the street from his home when gunshots were fired. The victim’s friend was able to hear the shots over the phone as he talked with Adrian.

The stolen vehicle is a black 2007 GMC Yukon, license plate 14Z-RJ6, and it has 22-inch specialized chrome rims.

Another homicide was reported the same evening in the vicinity, on North Wayside near Tidwell; a man was found shot dead in an apartment complex parking lot.
