Deputies have identified the driver of an 18-wheeler at the center of an hours long standoff on the I-10 East Freeway.
The dramatic standoff caused traffic backups for several hours in both directions on I-10.
The driver of the big rig has been identified as Trinidad Cutshall, and he will be charged with felony evading related to the standoff.
Authorities have said that the driver was under some level of impairment.
