A district judge has ordered a La Porte clinic to stop all COVID-19 related medical care.
Clinica Hispana La Porte, which is located at 606 Spencer Highway, was administering antibody tests to patients and claiming that they were COVID-19 infection tests. The Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton also alleges that the clinic threw away tests results in an unsecured dumpster behind the clinic, which is illegal in Texas.
The clinic had advertised COVID-19 test results in 15 minutes. The advertising brought in large crowds for testing over the last several weeks.
