The city of Pasadena has lifted its boil-water advisory. The city of Pasadena was advised by the Texas Commission on Environmental that tap water was once again safe for its residents to drink.
The notification issued on Pasadena’s social media platforms said that Pasadena residents without water or those with low water pressure may still be experiencing plumbing issues. Pasadena residents in apartments are encouraged to check with managers and landlords regarding the status of their water pipes.
Most of Pasadena’s water supply comes from the city of Houston’s Southeast Water Purification Plant (SWPP.)
