The Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act notices filed in Texas show layoffs in the manufacturing, logistics or distribution industry include Step Energy Solutions, Pioneer Frozen Foods, Zachry Industrial-LyondellBasell and UTLX Manufacturing.

More than 1,000 workers in freight manufacturing, transportation and distribution have lost their jobs recently as a result of the pandemic.
