A 21-year-old man was charged with murder related to the death of a stranger in Pasadena.
Traelyn Smith is accused in the shooting death of Quincy Jackson near 2000 Jenkins outside of an apartment complex.
Video shows that Jackson was riding his bike when a car slowed down beside him and then sped away. After the car sped away from Jackson, video shows him lying on the sidewalk.
When police arrived on the scene in Pasadena, they found gunshot wounds on Jackson.
The red car was chased by police, and then the driver fled on foot. They located Smith in a detached garage.
Smith said he fired five or six shots at Jackson with the intention of scaring him.
