According to Pasadena police, an HPD officer was working a second job when he was notified that an intoxicated woman was trying to drive away.
The officer followed the woman in his own vehicle and then was joined by other police officers.
The police chase began in southeast Houston and ended in Pasadena.
The suspect collided with another vehicle. Four people were taken to the hospital, including the suspect and the deputy.
