A drunken driver was going the wrong way on a Pasadena highway last Thursday when he crashed into two other cars. The driver killed two people and injured two others.
Julio Aron Rodriguez, 31, has been charged with intoxication manslaughter.
According to police, the crash occurred around 10 p.m. on Highway 225 near Richey.
Prosecutors are seeking a second intoxication manslaughter case as well as two counts of intoxication assault.
Court records show that Rodriguez has had several run-ins with the law over the past several years, including drunken driving, drug possession and violent crimes.
