A shooting in Harris County that involved a deputy has resulted in one death Tuesday morning.
Two deputies responded to a suspicious persons call at 4:40 a.m. there was also a 911 call to the home next door.
When they arrived at the scene, the deputies said a man came out from behind the fence and fired two shots. One deputy returned fire and killed the man.
Identities have not been released as the investigation is pending.
