A customer was shot in a Pasadena Dollar General in connection with a robbery recently. Customers chalk this up as yet another violet robbery at discount stores in the area.
In this incident, the customer was shot as he was preparing to checkout at the Dollar General on Southmore Avenue in Pasadena.
Customers and employees say a masked gunman entered, and that the customer may have been shot due to recognizing the gunman.
The customer who was shot ran next door to an Auto Zone for help.
The gunman escaped, and the customer who was shot is expected to make a full recovery.
