Six teenagers from La Porte, Texas, have been arrested for their involvement in a violet home-invasion armed robbery.
Police were dispatched to a La Porte home in the 800 block of Willow Creek Dr. shortly before 2 a.m. on June 23.
Police were told that a group of men wearing masks kicked in the door and then demanded money. Several family members were home during the invasion, and the father used his gun to fire several shots, and the robbers shot back. One suspect and the homeowner were both injured before the robbers fled the scene.
