Two suspects attempted to break into a north Houston gun store, and the store’s owner opened fire, which killed one of the two suspects. The incidence occurred at Class 3 Weapons, which is located in the 6200 block of North Shepherd.
Police say that the suspects breaking to the store did not realize that the owner was there. When the owner opened fire, he killed one suspect, and the other suspect fled. The second suspect in the burglary is still on the loose.
Police have not said if the owner of the store will face any charges.
