Peggy Phillips of Deer Park, Texas has been charged with sexual assault of her nephew by Pasadena police.
The acts allegedly began in 2009 when Phillips’ nephew was 16 years old.
The victim is now 22 and claims that he had sex with Phillips hundreds of times. The two moved in together, and according to the defendant, Phillips texted naked pictures of herself to him.
Phillips has been charged with sexual assault of a child under 17.
