Robert Glenn, 50, is facing criminal charges months after he initially targeted a cyclist and swerved into oncoming traffic.
Glenn was charged with Class B misdemeanor reckless driving on June 30 related to an incident that happened April 13 in Deer Park.
The cyclist had just turned onto Georgia Avenue when Glenn cut off the cyclist and yelled slurs at him. Glenn then drove into the southbound lanes facing oncoming traffic and nearly hit the cyclist.
Glenn told authorities he was angry the cyclist was in the road. The cyclist was following all laws. The misdemeanor charge is the same level as a DWI.
