Shane Pellerin Law Firm, PCThe family members of an army vet from California, whom they say was “troubled,” says he was the shooter who killed one and injured several others in a shooting at a Houston auto shop.

25-year-old Dionisio Garza III of Rancho Cucamonga, California was identified by his family as being the man who shot and killed Eugene Linscomb, a customer at the auto shop.

A SWAT officer killed Garzo about an hour later.

Garza’s family says that something snapped when he was on his two tours in Afghanistan. They say he got worse in the weeks leading up to his visit to Houston, where he was seeing an Army friend.
