Federal agents are probing the death of a Texas woman who was lost at sea last week. The mother of four apparently fell off the cruise ship’s deck as it traveled from Galveston to Cozumel, Mexico.
The body of Samantha Broberg, 33, has not yet been found.
The FBI says that they’re coordinating with Carnival to do a complete investigation, and that this investigation is standard procedure for a cruise ship incident.
Footage from the cruise ship’s camera shows Broberg falling backward over the deck railing late Thursday night.
Foul play is not suspected in the incident.
