Shane Pellerin Law Firm Probate LawyerAlthough methamphetamine has been on the streets for many years, a new form of the drug has police and Houston residents on high alert.

The drug is now in liquid form, and easier to disguise and transport than ever before. The powder form of the drug is dissolved into a solution for transport, then later converted back to powder or crystal for use.

One Houston woman was caught with $700,000 worth of the product stored in soda bottles. A 16-year-old was caught transporting it in candles.

According to the DEA, their priority is to catch people transporting the drug in its liquid form before it can be converted to powder or crystal.
