According to court records, a Houston man accused of killing his two children had planned to die with them.
Jean Pierre Ndossoka is charged with two counts of capital murder in the deaths of his two children, Marcel Ndossoka and 1-year-old Anna-Belle Faith Ndossoka.
Court records say that the 8-year-old son pleaded for mercy before his throat was cut.
Ndossoka was found in his car with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
A note found at his apartment showed that he had planned to die with his children.
