Thieves stole 20 catalytic converters from a La Porte car dealership last week.
Bayside Mitsubishi is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to arrest of the individuals who stole the catalytic converters.
The dealership’s manager, Rod Cevallos, says that surveillance footage shows two people entering the property early Tuesday morning.
Thieves have been targeting catalytic converters because they can sell the metal for scrap.
The dealership’s service manager says that it will cost more than $2,000 to fix each damaged vehicle.
