A youth football coach in La Porte has been charged with touching an underage relative.
According to documents, the underage girl told her pastor that Craig Michael Gibbs, 41, walked around naked with her and touched her inappropriately.
When asked about whether he inappropriately touched the girl, Gibbs said he couldn’t promise that it had never happened.
The team president, Dallas Lott, said that Gibbs had become a coach at the beginning of the year and had voluntarily stepped down.
Gibbs has been charged with indecency with a child and is out on bond.
