A hit-and-run driver killed a father in Pasadena Saturday during his six-year-old’s birthday party.
Jovonnie Castillo, who was 24, was hit by a vehicle on January 28 on Watters Road and died shortly after the accident.
Castillo was crossing the street after visiting an ATM when the driver of a GMC truck hit him and then drove away.
Pasadena police have identified a vehicle of interest in the hit-and-run incident.
