A 21-year-old man was arrested for allegedly taking photos up a mother’s skirt as she shopped in a Pasadena, Texas, Walmart with her 1-year-old daughters.
As a result of the arrest, Enrique Isaias Flores faces a charge of improper photography.
The 31-year-old mother noticed the suspect taking photos, which police found once they confiscated his phone.
