A 20-year-old man is accused of shooting and killing his ex-girlfriend in Pasadena.
Pasadena police are looking for Juan Carlos Mata, who is wanted in connection of the shooting death of Lesley Reyes.
Reyes’ mother said that Mata called her and cried after shots were fired at the Oakwood Village Apartments on Pasadena Boulevard.
Investigators believe that Mata still has the gun used in Reyes’ death.
Reyes was announced dead at the scene. Investigators are asking anyone with information about Mata’s whereabouts to reach out.
