A Pasadena mother says she received a text from her ninth grade daughter saying that a teacher had locked her and several other classmates in a dressing room for more than 40 minutes.
The daughter says that the teacher locked them in the dressing room because they were taking too long to change clothes.
Casey Chappel, whose daughter is in ninth grade at South Houston High School, said that her daughter has anxiety, and this made it worse.
The school has released an apology, and Chappel plans to file a civil lawsuit against the teacher.
