A Pasadena police officer was hospitalized after a crash at a Pasadena intersection Monday evening.
According to authorities, the officer was on the way to a call at Bayshore Hospital when the accident happened.
The accident occurred at the intersection of Spencer Highway and Watters Road.
Authorities think that another driver ran a red light and then collided with the police car. The patrol car was pushed into a utility pole.
The officer’s injuries were not life-threatening.
