Shane Pellerin Law Firm, PCA suspect has been taken into custody after an officer-involved shooting that took place early Monday morning in Pasadena.

The officer-involved shooting occurred around 4 a.m., and police were searching for a suspect around the 4400 block of Pansey near Vista.

Police took the suspect into custody a few hours later. The incident started when they received a call that a suspicious man had been ringing a woman’s doorbell.

Pasadena ISD officials urged parents not to bring students to Turner Elementary and Bondy Intermediate School.

Police say they recovered three pellet guns. They were able to quickly identify the suspect by viewing video footage from the doorbell camera.

The suspect faces charges of evading arrest and possibly assault and deadly conduct.
