The National Weather Service has confirmed that some of the damage from Sunday’s storms came from a tornado. The EF-1 tornado touched down in Pasadena on Shaver Road near Fairmont Parkway.
According to the NWS, the tornado lasted two minutes and traveled 30 yards. The tornado’s top speed was 90 mph.
Trees and power lines were knocked down, and power was still out in some areas as of Monday evening.
