The man who was wanted for allegedly shooting a man to death on a Pasadena sidewalk in 2018 has been arrested.
Oscar Garcia has been arrested for allegedly shooting Nicolas Bautista in 2018 has been placed under arrest.
On October 28, 2018, authorities responded to the shooting in the 200 block of Wafer Street in Pasadena.
Witnesses say that Bautista was outside of his home when Garcia confronted him with a shotgun about stealing.
The two men allegedly had a short conversation, and then Garcia shot Bautista and drove away.
Bautista’s parents say that the killing was a case of mistaken identity.
