Four Pasadena police officers were involved in a shooting Monday that killed the driver of a vehicle in a chase that ended in southeast Houston.
Authorities say that the shooting was reported around 4 p.m. on Sabo Road near Fuqua Street.
A Chevrolet SUV was reported stolen Monday morning in Houston. On-Star located the SUV and shut the vehicle down in the Pasadena area.
When Pasadena police officers responded, the driver of the vehicle put a gun to his head.
Then the man left the SUV and jumped into a white truck with the keys in the ignition.
Officers chased the vehicle as it rammed other vehicles and went the wrong way on a road.
Police officers say that the man had a weapon, and the officers shot and killed him.
