Shane Pellerin Law Firm, PCA car crashed into a Humble family’s home off Clear Fork Drive on Sunday. The Harris County Sheriff’s Office later found a gunshot wound to the driver.

No one inside the home was hurt. The driver was the only person in the car; he was pronounced dead at the scene.

“We heard a big bang,” neighbor Amy McCan told Khou.com. “I thought it was a transformer, they blow so much.”

The man appeared to have committed suicide by shooting himself in the head prior to the accident, said Sheriff’s officials.

The deceased man was identified by family members as Miguel Angel Guerrero, a 34-year-old who lived a few blocks away from the crash site. Guerrero’s brother told Khou.com that the man spoke with him on the phone just before the accident, and that he was going to the store.

A man and his son were inside the home, but were not injured, according to neighbors.
