Shane Pellerin Law Firm, PCThieves bashed a hole in a drug store wall just south of downtown Houston, and workers had some cleanup to take care of this morning after the smash and grab burglary.

The heist occurred at about 4 a.m. in the 5200 block of Dowling. Officers arrived to find that a gray Chevy pickup had smashed into the back of the building to knock a hole in the cinderblock wall.

The owner is uncertain at this time if anything was stolen.

Police believe that three or four suspects were in the truck, which they left at the scene. The key was still inside the truck, and witnesses say that the thieves dashed across the street. Witnesses of the smash and grab could offer no description of the suspects.
