Shane Pellerin Law Firm, PCLoretta Lynn Koonce, 50, was a passenger in a vehicle pulled over for an expired registration, and she admitted to stealing more than $200 of steaks. The vehicle was in the 3200 block of FM 528 in Friendswood at the time of the traffic stop.

The driver of the vehicle, Ernesto Borrero, 60, was arrested for driving without a license as well as for an outstanding theft warrant.

During the traffic stop, Koonce admitted to stealing hundreds of dollars of steaks just before being pulled over. She was arrested and charged with theft.

Koonce had ten prior theft convictions before the August 15 traffic stop and arrest.
