Mexican authorities arrested Oscar Rosales, the 51-year-old man who allegedly murdered Harris County Deputy Charles Galloway early Sunday morning.
According to authorities, Rosales is in custody in Mexico, and they’re working to transport him back to the United States.
Rosales will be charged with murder for shooting Galloway.
