A 9-year-old girl was shot in the head Tuesday night in a suspected road rage incident in southwest Houston. The girl is in critical condition.
Police say they are looking for a man and a woman who were driving a white GMC Denali with blinkers that have arrow directions on them.
Authorities say that the girl, her brother and her parents were going to the grocery store when they ended up in the middle of cars racing each other. The white GMC then went after the family of four, cut them off several times, and then shot at the vehicle.
The 9-year-old girl was hit in the head, but police haven’t confirmed if anyone else in the family was injured.
