Shane Pellerin Law Firm, PCKenneth Johnson suffered brain damage as a result of a rock coming through his windshield on June 14, 2014. Two years later, he still has difficulty talking and walks with a cane. His case was one of the early cases in a string of more than 90 cases regarding rock throwing.

Last week Austin police announced that they had arrested Pat Johnson, whom they believe is responsible for most of the rock throwing cases that have plagued Interstate 35.

An additional charge was filed against Pat Johnson charging him with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon against Kenneth Johnson on Monday.

Kenneth Johnson’s mother hopes that the charge is upgraded to attempted murder.
