Shane Pellerin Law Firm, PCA Houston man recently was given life in prison for his ninth DWI conviction. According to reports, he’s been getting DWI convictions since 1980.

Donald Middleton, who is 56 years old, already had spent four separate times in prison as a result of his drunken driving. In May 2015 he was arrested and charged for a new DWI charge.

Middleton’s most recent drunken-driving incident included hitting a 16-year-old driver and then fleeing to a gas station to hide. The young man survived the incident and happened to be the son of Montgomery County Precinct Four Constable Rowdy Hayden.

Judge Kathleen Hamilton sentenced Middleton to life in prison last week. According to reports, Middleton showed no remorse for his latest crash.
