A man accused of trying to lure several girls into his car in Deer Park and Pasadena was arrested in Lufkin Thursday and faced a judge Friday.
Chase Brefczynski, 25, was charged with aggravated kidnapping, and his bond was set at $75,000. A personal bond was not approved due to potential safety concerns.
Brefczynski is also under the following conditions as part of his bond: GPS monitoring, 24/7 house arrest, cannot possess firearms and cannot contact children under 17 except for his own.
He was out on probation for a deadly conduct charge during the time he is accused of attempting to lure young girls into his vehicle.
Brefczynski remains in Harris County Jail.
