A Deer Park man is in custody related to the shooting death of his ex-girlfriend’s boyfriend.
Police say the man shot and killed a 28-year-old man from Atascocita Wednesday. They say the shooting took place in the Pecan Grove area of Baytown around 6:00 p.m.
According to authorities, Marco Recio, the victim, had been visiting a woman when her ex-boyfriend showed up. The two got into an argument, and the suspect shot and killed Recio.
The suspect’s identity has not been released.
